I have found it forces me to research a little harder as well as avoiding jumping into random momemtum stocks during the day. I pretty much force myself only to trade from my list. That way if none of them act the way I want I don't trade. Another problem I mention in my post is I was trading WAAAY to much this spring and it was creating losses. And as I mention in that post, the watchlists are really just for myself. I have found it forces me to research a little harder as well as avoiding jumping into random momemtum stocks during the day.
