Remember my weekend posts detailing why SPNG is a pump and dump HERE and HERE?
Well, most people didn’t believe me (even though all I did was quote existing SEC filings (most people are too lazy/financially-illiterate to read them), ignoring my 380% return over the past 18 months, #1 out of 25,000+ investors on Covestor ranking and the fact that I’ve made millions trading these EXACT kind of manipulated stocks over the past decade (PAST PERFORMANCE IS OF COURSE INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS…ESPECIALLY ONCE YOU PROVE YOU’RE NOT A TYPICAL PENNY STOCK MORON), the fact is the 1st down day on a pump & dump is a great short signal.
The fact that there’s a potential SEC investigation going on with SPNG speaks volumes! (who knows if its true, but odds and circumstances say yes)
And within an hour yesterday (into the morning panic that PennyStocking Part Deux DVD students know well), I’d covered my short at just over 11 cents/share from 18 cents, timing it perfectly (it’s easy on OTCBBs since you can see the bid/ask momentum changing ahead of time), earning $600+ on a measly $1,800ish investment:
Some TIMalert subscribers banked alongside me on the short, others wisely used my buy-to-cover alerts as a buy signal, profiting when the pump and dump bounced 30%…there’s more than one way to play these things just gotta understand all the various patterns:
Covered 5,000 at .13 for $200 profit and made another $100 on the way back up. Thank you tim, this just paid for my TIMalerts subscription.

I just have to say that I really have more admiration for Tim after this call. My monthly trial of TIMalerts is going to annual when it expires. You the man Tim, with people cancelling their service and the pumpers bashing you on the message boards, you delivered.
