This was sent to TIMalert subscribers at midnight last night so they could be prepared for the trading session:
TIM trading account—now stands at $57,936 up $130 yesterday after I took a 36% gain on my USCN short over a few days and an accidental $50ish profit shorting & covering GROW yesterday, after a 21% gain in May and 366% in the last 18 months
Longer Term Account $51,291, up $1,291 in May (started with $50,000 on May 1), no positions
Boring day yesterday except for the fully predictable 20%+ drop in OCLS (wish there were more shares to short ahead of time!)…a few plays today, but nothing great, HERE are answers to 7 FAQs asked by TIMalert subscribers, I’ll have a whole post on the TIMalerts site too
Stay on the lookout for invites today for my June 6th webinar…special early bird prices will last less than 24 hours so you’ll have to act fast! And that’s just for those lucky enough to get the invites…this is gonna be a limited event in order to avoid what happens during LiveStock!
The good news is TIMalert subscribers banked $10,000+ as you can read below:
forgot to thank you on that UOMO short, i play with 300k every day, i feel somehwat responsible for the difficutly of borrowing UOMO becuase i shorted a good 10k and BTC at 0.4 for a hefty 7k profit in two days.

OCLS just kept dropping down 20%+ yesterday, some shares to short popped up, but I get nervous shorting a stock that’s fallen 40% from its top just a few days ago…some TIMalert subscribers banked shorting a the market open or at the mid-day bounce, covering into the afternoon fade, congrats, I need to get more aggressive! No play for me now, I ain’t shorting a stock 50% off its highs, too risky for my blood.
ZAGG is trying to breakout once again, but despite it being up yesterday, the run stopped right at $4.95, the prior high…not sure if its got enough volume to really crack through $5, and even if it does, it could flame out rather quickly…nonetheless, it could also keep going so this is a potential buy if it can convincingly break above $5 and hold there on strong volume.
GROW I successfully shorted 350 of my desired 2,000 shares at $8.75, the stock is up from $5 on a Minyanville pump…unfortunately the stock dropped 30 cents/share by the time I even finished writing my analysis so I just covered for a $50 profit and detailed the whole thing in that alert….tough to short a stock still up so much on the day and I’m glad it played out the way it did because the stock finished strong and hopefully we can get some squeezing today before this thing flames out, as is nearly inevitable. What kind of price action do I need in order to short confidently? PennyStocking Part Deux DVD students know perrrrfectly!
SLAT was the latest StockPreacher pump…the preacher has given up all his manipulative power/influence in exchange for these $50,000 pump & dumps that go nowhere…some TIMalert subscribers bought and quickly sold, but only pockets like $50-100 each, not even worth my time…Preacher your greed saddens me, instead of taking the $50k/pump, you should’ve been building your list and perfecting your manipulative tactics in order to go for the $300k pay days that would be worth my time to short into…it’s always a sad day when a stock promoter gets discovered for the scum they are, very sad indeed. Next!
KERX jumped 80%+ at the market open yesterday to $1.40ish and then was choppy for the day to the $1.25 area…zzzzz, some TIMalert subscribers profited, namely Adam N. making $500ish (you can hear a 20 minute-ish audio interview that I just did with him over the weekend HERE), potential short, sure, sure, it’s just not volatile enough for me
MED finally broke out past the magical $10 barrier on strong volume…this stock is waaay too choppy for my tastes though, next!
CNEH & GPRE are 2 oil-related plays both spiking far too quickly…of course I don’t want to guess where oil is going so even though the charts are great for potential shorts, I’m not jumping all over them just yet…
CTIC surged nearly 50% to just over $2 on positive drug news, but TheStreet.com’s biotech guy didn’t like the data and after the market close, he ripped the company a new one in THIS article which will surely make it weak today…potential short if the sellers look determined and a fade sets in, FDA news is notoriously difficult to predict so I doubt I’ll trade this.
OXGN had its own drug news and spiked a bit when the data first came out, but then faded gradually all day since its up so much in the past few weeks…I
GMCR, DRX & CBOU were all down from the get go yesterday on that nasty Barrons rip, but nobody really pays attention to Barrons, or any financial media, anymore so DDRX and GMCR actually finished up on the day…maybe somebody with an actual track record should take shots at these stocks and then that’ll have an impact…as it is, the negativity from Barrons probly acted as a positive catalyst considering how bad they are…I’m just watching these stocks, too hot to short, too high to buy…could go either way from here, no good odds…yet
