Daaaaaaamn!
When I emailed TIMalert subscribers yesterday afternoon:
Bought 2000 MAPP at 8.76…I know it sounds crazy to buy a stock up 180% on the day, but the positive drug news is huuuuge and the stock has held its gains nicely and just held a key technical level at 8.60…shorts are getting scared and methinks double digits is possible, especially if the stock follows similar patterns of other biotech high fliers DNDN and VNDA, both of which have risen over the next few days after their initial surges….obviously this is risky so I’ll cut losses if it starts fading into the market close, but my goal is to sell into a morning spike tomorrow, ideally in the $10 range, if shorts get squeezed…I’ll uct my losses if it drops below $8.50
…and I was so proud that it did indeed breakout past the day high, I even did a special post congratulating all the TIMalert subscribers who made a few thousand in just a few hours in THIS post.
…but I had little idea, it’d then do this:
I mean, obviously…because I sold the same day (trading like the castrated choir boy that I am–and proudly encourage others to do in my TIMfunndamentals DVD) at $9.17 for an $800 gain (decent, but not great).
The good news is that I’m not paid to be the best trader possible, I’m a newsletter writer/trading coach paid to uncover solid trading opportunities & teach through my successes and failures what to and not to do.
On MAPP, I nailed the positive momentum going forward, but failed to recognize its true potential…good and bad…
…the good news is that my TIMalert subscribers know I’m not that great a timer/trader, so many of them have learned to be more patient than me! (as I preach in my instructional DVDs, I’ll show you the ropes as I’ve learned them over a decade in this biz, but you can do better than me!)

Sold 3100 MAPP @ 9.93 premarket from avg. 9.204 from yesterday for a net profit of $2220. Now MAPP is around 10.20 premarket. This one cost me some nerves with that 40 cent drop in the last 30 seconds of trading yesterday.

Took some heat, but held onto 2500 MAPP overnight ( in @ $8.95 )..sold 1/2 @ 9.50 and the other half @ 10.30..about a $2300 gain…

Thanks for the MAPP alert yesterday. I was feeling kinda crappy after a few losses but made up for it with MAPP. I got in kinda late at $9.00 and I had the balls the hold overnight, going against your selloff warning. However, I sold on the morning spike at $10.40 for a cool $1600 profit. Gotta learn the way of the jew !

Got in Mapp at 9.98, for 500 shares. Shorted 1000 SEED at 4.82, covered 5 minutes later at 4.66.Total gain after commissions on both trades = 226.76.
