I think it's funny knowing that Tom is sitting around thinking he just pwned Tim in his little argument. In order to actually make a decent argument it helps to actually make it coherent. When someone has to spend most of their time trying to translate your horrible grammar and spelling you've pretty much lost any chance or winning anyone over. I am no perfectionist grammar nazi but what you've been writing is barely English. I really don't see any point that he's proved.

Yeah, OK the company isn't in debt their stock chart is still horrific and the whole short play was based on the pumping from a newsletter. Other stocks that have been promoted by this same newsletter have also spiked and fell soon afterwards. Its a predictable pattern based of a unnatural spike. There was no earnings news or product release or anything relevant to the normal day to day business of this particular company. When stocks get hyped from groups like Stock Preacher it opens up a great opportunity to take advantage of overbuying.

Tim didn't cause the weakness he simply waited for the weakness in the surge to develop then took advantage. The pattern leading up to Stock Preachers promotion had no indication of changing course and thats why Tim made the negative statements that he did about it. Despite all the positive things you mention about the company it still hasn't been helping boost their stock.
