So I rant and rave quite a bit, but only because I see what this industry could be…
Imagine a day when bloggers/traders/message board posters were held accountable for their posts/trades?
So much fraud…lies…marketing…and we/I don’t even know the extent…Madoff-style…scary stuff.
I can’t even name all the websites where people just lie and manipulate, even on my own site, some people use multiple names, but they forget that their IP addresses give their identities away.
Because we must always remember that we know from too many academic studies that 90-95% of traders lose $ and yet 90-95% of internet message board posts are self-congratulatory…all very misleading.
AND PATHETIC
I’m not selling tons of instructional DVDs and TIMalert subscriptions because I’m the best trader—my #1 ranking out of 15,000+ traders on Covestor withstanding–but because I’m the most open/honest.
My 197% performance in 2008 is not only verified by Covestor, but each and every trade is blogged in full detail HERE. It speaks for itself.
Haters can say what they want about me and my strange little strategy, but it’s tough to say much against something so fully detailed…if anybody else has anything worth selling/talking about, they should be so similarly open and honest, right?
