I haven't bought any of the DVDs or read the book but I have learned a lot since reading the blog. I didn't start at the beginning but I did start a couple months before Tim Alerts was released. I will say that you do have a disconnect that you talk about only in the DVDs. I only know this by reading other people ask questions that you answer with "buy the DVD". I'm a cheapskate with a 2 year old and a 2 month old so spending $300 is a big deal when there are so many other things my family needs more. Even if that 300 has the potential to make the money back. I have a $1,200+ hospital bill to pay off for the childbirth plus Christmas and for some reason a shit load of B-days on the wife's side of the family.
