I think you just didn’t comply with their bonus policy. I had no problem getting my money and they explained the bonus policy and it made sense. I got the money instantly after the withdrawal was approved, support has been nice and proactive and once it got approved it was sent to my moneybookers account instantly.

The Umoo company is a scam. They owe me money and will not pay me back.
Furthermore, there is no regulation. Yes, the free games sound fun, but they entice you to deposit money, and either use staffers to make sure you’re bound to lose… or they simply will not let you withdraw your winnings, as they did in my situation. They still owe me money, and refuse to pay out.

Umoo is a scam. It looks like a brilliant site at first…. but they use so many coaxes and bait and switch tactics, you will never see your money again. If it were legit, it'd be great… but since they refuse to send the money you win back to you, that's a scam. I have already filed a BBB report. Aside from that, this is a GAMBLING site. currently illegal. Plus, they are unregulated. These pay to play tourneys: how could you win when all of their staff is playing to prevent you from ever winning?
