Made 12% today on MTG today. They were removed from the S&P 500 today and earlier in the week announced they would get rid of their dividend.

Jordan-
Penny stocks are great for that reason. They are falsely inflated and if you know how to ride the wave you can make unimaginable gains. The small cap investor group we have averages over 300% a year for the last 6 years, with no years below 200%.
The right people know how to exploit these gains. Where I disagree with Tim is the fact he calls all companies scams down in penny land. Most are, no doubt, but finding legit small caps will routinely bring you 3, 5, 10 baggers. Also if they screw up, you can short the S### out of them and make a killing.

Keeps the companies honest.

Buffett cant see those types of gains cause he deals in too much money to be in penny stocks. Thats the problem we run into. A big hedge fund can muscle us out if we are not early. With a market cap under $250MM one tiny fund can eat up most of the profits

Again your lack of integrity is showing. Explain how you are any different from pump and dump schemes. If you can't understand how actions like yours inflate the value of a stock then you don't know enough about the markets as shown by your attempt to go long term. How did that work out for you?
