Have not short sold penny stocks before but am successful in short selling. Charts tell me the story and and now see many pennystocks going way lower percentage wise as well. What many don't understand is that there is no rush in shorting. You don't have to catch them high. Since your profit will be no more than 100% anyway, you can short them anytime and still make up to 100%. And if they're now a penny stock they will probably remain a penny stock. I chose to short securities above 6.00 because shorting a marginable stock gives you more shorting power   But i know of one right now @ a buck 55 that will probably hit 5o cents in next 3 months. I also hanged with the Broadway Trading guys in NYC like Serge and Brandon. Those were the good old days...but after reading some of your stuff, seems not too much has changed! Got in the IM game because it's less stressful supposedly but you're right, with all these "guru's" pitching smoke, I'm starting to think I should get back in the stock game. Still remember making 30G's in less than half an hour on RMBS. Of course lost 20G's the next day but ended the month in the green. Definitely not for the weak hearted for sure.
