That is the problem with the MF biz: you can relatively outperform and make a bundle (that is: lose LESS $ than the other guy and still get a pat on the back)....then again, without MFs dropping the ball like this, you would never have a need for absolute return strategies i.e hedge funds...</description>

No reason for everyone to be cynical about funds. There are some really smart guys out there running them. I.E. Bruce Berkowitz, Ken Heebner, etc...
