Since you are broadcasting your show directly on your main page why not push the real members to use your site's firefly feature or whatever that chat button is called on your site? If you have webmaster access level on your site you can boot the people trolling and completely ignore the mogulus chat screen. I think it would work more efficiently then using your email.
