BTB — what Citron criticizes does not always go down. However, he has broken more accounting scandals and frauds than any SEC investigator, district attorney, journalist, or other short seller. Just in the last year he nailed ARTC on accounting gimmickry and he caught HSOA (home soluations of america), which was basically an outright fraud. ARTC is down 2/3 from its highs and HSOA is down 90%. I have counted at least five cases where people have been fined by the SEC after he criticized them. His long-term record is great.
